Have You Started Using Your 2024 Peoples Health Member ID Card?
Your new ID card is called a UCard. It looks different than it has in the past. See the sample image to the right.
Here are some important reminders about the new ID card that we mailed you:
- Always show your new member ID card when getting medical care or filling prescriptions, if your plan includes Part D prescription drug coverage. It’s important to show your new ID card because it has your new member ID number for 2024. Your medical providers and pharmacy need this number to confirm that you are a Peoples Health plan member.
- If you didn’t receive your member ID card or need a replacement card, you can request one below.
- If your plan includes Part D prescription drug coverage: Do you have a prescription with refills? Make sure to call your pharmacy now, and let the pharmacist know that you have a new ID card with new prescription processing information, so your records can be updated.
