Peoples Health announced the promotion of Thomas Gennaro to vice president of financial analysis. Gennaro is responsible for planning and directing activities for evaluating the financial impact of company projects, initiatives and opportunities. He provides financial oversight and support for strategic planning activities, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Gennaro brings to his role more than two decades of experience utilizing financial fundamentals to drive operational objectives. He joined Peoples Health in 2010 and has held other leadership roles within the company, including assistant vice president of corporate financial analysis and senior executive director of the eastbank market. Prior to joining the Peoples Health, he served as senior vice president of professional development for OrthoSynetics, where he spearheaded business development and strategic planning. He also served as manager of corporate development for Stewart Enterprises Inc. and helped lead expansion efforts in its domestic and international markets.
Gennaro earned a Bachelor of Science in finance and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from the University of New Orleans.
