Choices Select (HMO-POS)

Provider Network A provider network includes the hospitals, physicians and other healthcare providers who provide healthcare services to Choices Select (HMO-POS) members. These other healthcare providers are commonly called “ancillary providers,” and include urgent care centers, diagnostics facilities, long-term acute care centers and skilled nursing facilities, among others. Choices Select (HMO-POS) also has certain pharmacies that we have contracted with to provide you with your prescription drugs.
